Karimnagar, Oct.18 : Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Telangana Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar visited the Sri Mahashakti Temple in Karimnagar to offer joint prayers during the Sri Devi Sharan Navaratri celebrations. The leaders paid homage to Goddesses Mahakali, Mahalakshmi, and Mahasaraswati, performing special rituals at the shrine.
Speaking after the temple visit, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar stated that he prayed for the well-being, health, and prosperity of all Telangana citizens, seeking divine blessings for abundant rainfall and agricultural growth across the state. He emphasized his wishes for the smooth execution of all public welfare schemes and developmental projects being implemented by the state government.
Extending warm greetings on the occasion of Saddula Bathukamma, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar urged the public to celebrate the iconic floral festival with enthusiasm and devotion, highlighting its central role in preserving Telangana’s cultural heritage.
