Hyderabad, July 22 : To facilitate safe, transparent and structured international career opportunities for local youth, the Government of Telangana has entered into a strategic partnership with internation career advisory firm Career Consultz through the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM).
The Minister for Labour & Employment and TOMCOM Chairman, Gaddam Vivek Venkat Swamy, formally handed over the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) document in Hyderabad on Wednesday. The agreement was executed by TOMCOM Managing Director A. Nirmala Kanthi Wesley, IAS and Career Consultz CEO Meneni Rohith Rao.
Under this strategic partnership, TOMCOM and Career Consultz will collaborate to recruit, train, and deploy skilled manpower from Telangana to key international markets, including Japan, Germany, South Korea, Finland, Italy, and Norway. The initiative covers an end-to-end support model encompassing career counselling, specialized language instruction, skill development, interview preparation, visa documentation, and post-arrival support.
The handover ceremony was attended by Manakondur MLA Kavvampally Satyanarayana, TOMCOM General Manager Nagabharathi, Japanese delegate Sayuri Matsuno, along with senior state officials and representatives from the Career Consultz.
