Peddapalli, July 18 : Member of Parliament Gadda Vamsi Krishna promised that he would take initiative to provide proper student benches to ensure a comfortable learning environment for students after distributing school bags to them here at the Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS) in Gudem village of Dandepalli mandal in Mancherial district on Saturday.
The welfare initiative was organized under the aegis of the Visakha Charitable Trust. Mancherial District Collector Kumar Deepak and Additional Collector Chandraiah also took part in the event, where students accorded a grand welcome to the visiting dignitaries.
Addressing the gathering, MP Vamsi Krishna highlighted that the Visakha Charitable Trust has been actively executing various social service initiatives across the Peddapalli parliamentary constituency for several years. He recalled that the trust was founded by his grandfather, the late veteran leader Kaká Venkataswamy, drawing profound inspiration from the vision of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
Expressing concern over the lack of proper seating infrastructure at Gudem ZPHS, the MP promised that the trust would soon provide all kinds of facilities required for the school. He assured that all necessary steps would be taken to improve educational facilities and urged the students to study hard to fulfill the aspirations of their parents. Following the interaction, the MP joined the students for a shared midday meal at the school.
