Warangal, Ocr.21 : BJP State Leader and Warangal Urban Co-operative Bank Chairman Errabelli Pradeep Rao extended solidarity to National Health Mission (NHM) contract and outsourcing employees protesting at Pochamma Maidan junction in Warangal East constituency. Staging an indefinite strike over long-pending service demands, the healthcare workers received strong backing from the leader, who urged state authorities to address their grievances immediately.
Addressing the striking personnel, Pradeep Rao demanded the immediate regularization of approximately 17,000 NHM contract and outsourcing staff working across the Medical and Health Department statewide. He emphasized that these workers play a vital role in delivering healthcare services to the public and criticized the government for neglecting their job security despite years of dedicated service.
Terming it unfortunate that healthcare workers are forced onto the streets for basic employment rights, Pradeep Rao urged the state government to take prompt action, grant job security, and find a permanent solution to their legitimate demands.
